Present Complaint
A 72 year old female Mrs.Kos reported for Eczematous plaque on lower legs and Hyperpigmented Macules. o/e Xerosis.
Left leg is more affected than the right leg.
K/C/O- Diabetes,Hypertension, Dyslipedimia.
Past H/O:
Cataract surgery 6 months back.
H/O of similar complaint 2 years back along with itching and oozing. That time was better with allopathic medicine.
This time after tablets and ointments no improvement.
Family H/o:
Husband- underwent spinal cord surgery.
1 son- Now feeling okay. Earlier suffered Asteatotic Eczema.
2 son- Suffering with cluster Headache.
3 son- Suffering with Disc prolapse and Ulcer.
Life space:
Earlier Working as a teacher. After retirement she shifted to chennai along with Husband.
At present, staying with his middle son for his support.
Lot of worries and tensions due to Husband’s Health and her son’s health.
Servants not doing a proper job makes her angry and helpless.
Constant worrying about his son’s health.
Her third son who is 34 years love marriage done against their will and now he is suffering with ulcer.
Lots of anxieties.
Sometimes feels tired and not able to do work.
