Here is an acronym KEEP SAFE to help you remember the safety precautions from Corona Virus

K– Kindness: Don’t fight with others for resources and help others in need.

E– Eat healthy foods that boost immunity include carrots, spinach, broccoli, capsicum etc & fruits like Oranges, kiwi, fresh berries, pine apple etc, take Vitamin C 1000mg, Vit D3 1000IU , Zinc 10mg, Elderberry (Sambucas nigra) one teaspoon syrup daily & Mushroom Immune Formula that has several mushrooms, 2-3 times a week. Exposure to sunshine for natural source of Vit D.

E-Enjoy personal time to read a good inspiring book or exercise as it produces serotonin which boosts immunity.

P-Pray, believe in God that things get better soon and have positive affirmations that “I am healthy & happy “. Practice stress reduction techniques. Prevention is better than cure.

Smoking will deplete vitamin C levels from the body.

A-Avoid touching the face, door knobs, handles, switches in public places.  Awareness & Alert yourself about health updates. Alcohol negatively impacts the immune system so limit the quantity. Avoid indiscriminate use of anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen that could facilitate and worsen COVID-19 infections.

F– Frequently washing your hands, spend time with Family & friends on face time & provide love, gratitude & care to them. FEAR & panic is a natural response in this situation but we have to meditate & calm down ourselves to handle this health crisis in a better way. Stress raises cortisol levels(stress hormone) and cortisol can turn off immunity. Vegetable or chicken broth will help to replenish electrolytes and has other health benefits. Hydrate well, drinks lots of water.

According to W.H.O – Symptoms of COVID-19 are non-specific and the disease presentation can range from no symptoms (asymptomatic) to common signs of infection which include fever, cough, myalgia, fatigue and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death.

The Government of India (CCRH) has officially announced Arsenicum album 30C daily once for 3 days as a likely prophylactic for Coronavirus infection.

Other homeopathic remedies that were matching to the coronavirus symptoms are like Bryonia , Gelsemium, Lachesis, Aconite, Antim Tart, Phosphorus, Lycopodium, Eup perfolatum, Squilla, Influenzinum, Justicia Adhatoda ,China etc
