Male 5yrs old, suffering with sensory issues, Hyper activity, Autism spectrum disorder & developmental delay.
Presenting symptoms:
From 2018 symptoms started slowly when he was 3yrs….Not listening, running around then diagnosed as Autism
Sensitivity issues:
Can’t sit at one place, run around….jumps….he can speak in his mother tongue….posture needs guidance
In school he is fine
Now he is 5yrs…plays with mobile, listens to stores, obsessed with cars

knows car models…
Very good memory
Not destructive
May be by mistake he breaks
When frustrated he cries loudly and hurts himself….He hits his head, rolls on the floor
Obsessed with lollipop, if he sees a stick makes lollipop,
If stick is lost he gets mad
Made lollipop with pen, sticker & paper by himself
Likes lollipop, sweets
If he eats too much sweets becomes restless and doesn’t get sleep.
Stimming makes fist hands and excited face
With strangers he is not shy & gets excited
<engine sound starting car…then he gets shivering
Mixer sound before enjoys lawn moving sound or truck moving
His speech is good…in 2-3 sentences….I want this…He knows what he wants and he express
He responds correctly & properly
He knows everyone’s name….All 20 children’s names
He is 70%more independent…
Likes to be around other kids…But doesn’t interact or co-ordinate with them. He likes to be separate.
Follows instructions at school.
Toe walking
Some kids he likes and like one girl very much he hugs her as he knows her from birth.
We need to get his attention
eye contact is poor but he has good listening skills….
Mother history:
Good, normal vaginal birth. Stressful….moving from one state to other state.
It affected her sleep.
He is warm body….
If he gets fever 102 deg F…for 2 days…it is very high. Got Seizure once…
Every time he gets cold he gets fever
Monthly once he gets fever
Frequent Ear infections, Adenoids were removed in 2nd of 2018
Thumb Sucking
wants house to be cold, don’t want to be covered wants his legs outside
Drinks more water
Bowels regular
He puts on diapers in the night
Fear of dark
Takes long to get into sleep
But he doesn’t get up onces he sleeps
Fear of insects flies …mosquito,houseflies
Doesn’t like to keep clean or organized (but at school he is organized)
Wear his shoes, socks, jacket
Loves fruits & vegetables…all berries, banana carrots, lettuce, crunchy stuff
Got vaccination but no side effects
All mile stones normal
able to say when he is 6months
He was able to tell rhymes
Loves music melodic
Cries to sad song…melodic when he is from 3yrs old….he grabs music emotional easily
Discussion 1:
The above child fits now presently with the drug picture of Sulphur because He is obsessed with cars, knows car models.

The above symptomatology gives most characteristic symptoms of Sulphur and may be after that we may need Calc Carb as the 2nd remedy due the symptom of walking on toes.
Thus Sulphur 1M three doses and wait. Calc Phos 3X biochemic may be added.

Sensitive, emotional likes music
Desire for fruits and vegetables
Fearful have fear of dark insects
Likes sweet too much
Startles shivers on loud noise
Tendency for adenoids and ear infections
Shy no eye contact
Irritable bangs his head, hurts himselfi want to give

All rubrics covered by belladona, and hyos except love for cars and strangers presence
But love for cars has only 2 remedies that is calc iod and ohochstein
If this symptom is very much marked we should go for calc iod.

CARCINOSINUM 30 CH, 5 drops once a day.
Or:
PROTOCOL–
AETHUSA CYNAPIUM 200 CH, 5 drops twice a week;
CALCAREA PHOSPHORICA 6 DH, 5 drops twice a day.

After 2 weeks Calc Iod 200 weekly once.
Follow up July 19,2021
Hyperactivity is less, more than 70% reduced
Before He was keeping finger in mouth & finger sucking is there now 90% reduced
More Focused
No new symptoms
Toe walking is still there
Startles to Engine sound when Car starts
When there is loud truck sound close his ears and goes towards it & not afraid
Curious about blender, wants to operate then he is excited.
Sleeps at 10pm takes time to sleep, parents have to be there until he sleep
Not yet potty trained at night.Bed wetting at night.
Analysis
Patient is improved by 70% then according to me we should just repeat 1 single dose of sulphur1 m and then wait for 2 weeks or till next appointment….
Follow up after 4 months
Made 80% improvement. Sensitive to sound is very less.
Symptoms relapsed (putting things in mouth, hyperactivity, running around) after changing home & after he got joined in Kindergarten but now he is improving slowly.
Occasional hyperactivity & toe walking
Gets irritated when he is stopped.
Frequent urination, loves water & drinks alot
Sometimes to skip school says he is sick Occasional bedwetting
Indications of Calcarea Iodatatum
