Dr. Saroja Gullapalli, lovingly known as AMMA, is the visionary founder of Beyond Your Mind Foundation (BYM). BYM is a global platform focused on imparting holistic wisdom to people of all ages. With four core pillars—Awareness, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Surrender—BYM aims to create a compassionate society filled with love and light. Saroja Mam’s contributions are vast—she’s an award-winning speaker, self-empowerment coach, author of Red Rose, and the founder of multiple platforms like Crystal Children Corner Academy,” “Saroja’s Self-empowerment platform” and “Saroja’s Holistic Living & Awareness Counselling program.”
Under BYM Umbrella There are many programs which are running continuously throughout the year for the benefit of humanity.

She received Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence from the Australian Government in recognition of her “Meritorious Service to the Community.” She also received the title of Brahmavidwanmani at the spiritual conference MDMC in Kadthal (India) in 2019. She was the chairperson at the International Conference on “Integrating Spirituality & Holistic living in Organizational Leadership” in 2015 in Chicago. She was invited as a keynote speaker at the 1st World Parliament on Spirituality organised by THE WORLD UNIOTED in 2012, in Hyderabad.

She has been offered the position of Professor in Spiritual Science by Vedic Wellness University in 2022. She has also been awarded honorary doctorate (Ph.D.) for “Humanitarian leadership and Community well-being” this year on November 29th by Etherea Global University, USA and DocRosh Global Foundation. She is also a Devi Circle teacher of the process, “Devi Soul: Wisdom and Empowerment with Goddess Saraswati” at the Path of Joy.

By profession Saroja Gullapalli is an Engineer and a former senior corporate executive from an MNC in Melbourne, Australia.
Beyond Your Mind Foundation is a global community platform from where she is running cost free inspirational programs and projects in 23 countries, reaching out with open heart to all the fellow beings to discover happiness and inner peace. With the support of 300 global volunteers,she is working on 16 projects and programs in 3 languages. She has conducted over ten annual retreats on self-reflection globally with hundreds of participants.
Through her current project “Crystal Children Corner Academy,” she is currently reaching out to thousands of children from all around the globe.  As part of this academy along with her team of fifty teachers, she is imparting Holistic Wisdom in English, Telugu and Hindi languages, to children from ages five to seventeen from over twenty countries.
Through NAVODAYA program she is running Integrated mindfulness workshops for children in care (orphanages, deaf and dumb schools, juvenile homes etc.)
She is the founder of ACHARYA project, a program for the holistic well-being of the teaching faculty, aimed to bring a positive change in the education system. Recently conducted workshop on “CONSCIOUS LIVING” on Yoga Day attended by many universities.
