I offer my sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Dena Merriam (Sita Ma) for blessing me with
the opportunity to speak on her new book. Taking Lord Hanuman’s blessings and his divine light
to give me strength, whatever I share today flows from Sita Ma, through Dena Ji, to me. I am
merely her humble servant.
Since we started this book series on March 8th 2026 Let me take opportunity to tell little bit
about the Author & the topics so far we covered
Dena Merriam, who was born and brought up in the USA, through her spiritual depth and
innate abilities, shares profound experiences connected to Treta Yuga, Sri Ram, and Sita Ma. Her
earlier work, “Untold Story of Sita” (known in Telugu as Seethayanam), has brought deep
transformation in many lives, inspiring greater love and reverence for Sri Ram and Sita Ma.
This book was not my original selection. When I had a conversation with Dena Merriam recently
at the end of February this year, she told me about her new book release Sita’s Yoga in India &
in our discussion she suggested I should read it. Immediately I ordered the book & on March
8th, International Women’s Day, with the blessings of Sita Ma, I had the opportunity to speak on
the topic “The Yoga of Selfless Action – The Yoga of Awakening” on the PMC USA Channel. Also,
on March 9th, her birthday, we are truly fortunate to receive her blessings through her sacred
work. Following that, I shared several insights from the book with different groups, and all
recordings have been compiled into a playlist.
Recently we are so blessed to have a session with Dr Saroja Gullapalli Amma
from Australia on Humanity & Spirituality.
For those who wish to listen recordings of the topics covered From book “Sita’s Yoga” they are

I feel grateful to be part of this sharing and learning experience.
It is also a great joy and blessing to welcome her again this May on Mother’s Day, as we
host a retreat based on her book “Sita’s Yoga.”
People who have read the untold story of Sita this book is a continuation of that story
but it is not necessary to have read that book as many aspects of Sita’s life will be
revealed through this narrative.
Dena Ji says for the first time I’m writing a story that is not my own. It is a story that has
been told to me. the narrator of the story, a great soul who abide in a high Astral realm
filled with the consciousness of Sita Mata. said that also known as Mata, (narrated is
one of many who gained moksha liberation from the karmic cycle of rebirth, this
spiritual advanced soul knew Sita during the years when Sita retreated from palace life
after the battle in Lanka and return with Ram to Ayodhya).
It is the story of a women named Devani, showing glimpses of life towards end of Treta
Yuga.
This book is not an ordinary book, it comes to you only with Sita Ma blessings. With a heart full
of gratitude, I sincerely thank Dena Merriam for her deeply inspiring book Sita’s Yoga.
This sacred work offers profound guidance for living a dharmic, peaceful, and joyful life, while
also nurturing the inner strength and clarity needed to face life’s challenges.
It gently awakens compassion and love, reminding us that even in the darkest of times, true
healing is possible and much suffering can be eased through spiritual awareness.
A truly uplifting and transformative read—I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking
deeper spiritual insight, inner balance, and a more meaningful way of living. This book is a great
blessings to Humanity.
Thank you so much Dena Ji (Sita Ma)
With much gratitude & love
